How To Fill A Coffee Gift Basket In Five Minutes

Tasty treats and ideas for a coffee gift basket

A coffee gift basket is perfect for any type of gift-giving occasion. Not only does a coffee gift basket take away the need to know someone’s size, but it also allows for sharing. Filling a coffee basket is easy, when you think about the following things.

Coffee drinker?

It may seem silly to buy a coffee gift basket for someone that doesn’t like coffee, but many people do. So, do your recipient a favor and make sure that this is something that they like.

If you’re just not sure, include hot cocoa and tea in the coffee gift basket -- that way they have other options.

What kind of additions should you include?

Take some time to observe your gift recipient.

If they seem to enjoy a little cream in their coffee, then you’ll want to fill their coffee gift basket with darker roasted blends. For the black coffee drinker, lighter roasts are more appropriate.

And if they do add something to their coffee, then you may want to add that item to their coffee gift basket (providing it’s not perishable).

Why not give something a little different in a coffee gift basket? If they enjoy sweetening their drink, then give a sampling of different sugars: turbinado is a good addition or perhaps a stick of honey.

Flavored creamers are non-perishable and add a special touch.

Sweet indulgence for someone?

Biscotti are a time honored tradition in coffee gift baskets, so why not try something a little different? A nice assortment of cookies and crackers compliment coffee just as well.

You may also want to include a bottle of flavored syrup to allow them to try something different once in a while. Or a book of coffee recipes.

And no one will turn down gourmet, coffee-inspired chocolates and candies.

A coffee gift basket fits the office setting or as a personal gift to a friend without needing an occasion or a holiday.
